I had an issue with my Walmart order. I had selected delivery but somehow it got changed to in store pickup. I really needed some of the items that morning, so I reached out to chat support. Although there was nothing that could be done to change it and get it that soon, the representative was really empathetic and went above and beyond to try and find the best solution. Thank you Lucky for the best customer service possible. Also you made my day and my heart melt when you mentioned to keep making good books to read. It means so much to me to know someone out there is reading some of my stuff and enjoying it. I hope you are blessed beyond words.
